Mechanical Parts Replacement:For mechanical parts, we offer a generous 3-month warranty but only on select display parts which will be confirmed by the technician or the person in charge from YCOM.
Extended Warranty
For those seeking extra protection, we offer the option to purchase an extended warranty for up to 1 year. This added coverage ensures your device continues to operate flawlessly.
No Visit Charge
When you choose YCOM for your Repair needs, there are no visit charges when we perform the Repair. We believe in transparent and fair pricing, including providing service at your location without additional fees.
Diagnose Charges Waived Off
Concerned about a potential issue? If you decide to proceed with our Repair or service, we'll waive the Rs 250 diagnosis charge. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Additional Purchase for Warranty Extension
If you wish to extend your warranty beyond the standard period, we offer the option for an additional purchase of up to 1 year of warranty coverage. This added peace of mind ensures your device remains protected for an extended period.
Conditions for Warranty Coverage

The warranty is valid only for the specific device Repair and the original customer. It is not transferable to other devices or individuals.

The mobile phone must be switching on and functioning normally, excluding screen issues, to process a claim request.
- To claim warranty, share a video of the phone with the prevailing display issue at admin@ycomsolutions.com, along with your phone number, order number, and IMEI Number.
How much time will YCOM Repair take to resolve my query, if it is coming under warranty?
Our team generally resolves an issue within 48 hours to 72 hours from the moment you send us a query. You will get acknowledgement over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
Warranty is limited to the parts and/or service(s) that were paid for. If only parts were purchased, warranty is limited to the replacement of the parts. If parts and Repair service were purchased, warranty extends to cover the labour cost of part replacement and any other Repair specifically resulting from the initial Repair.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the following scenarios:
- Accidental damage
- Display issues related to visible lines and blank screens
- Excessive damage to the device that may affect internal components
- Subsequent mishandling, including bending, twisting, or cracking the frame
- Accidental or purposeful drops
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self-Repair
- Software issues unrelated to the Repair
- Jailbroken devices
- New damages unrelated to the original Repair
- Loss of data occurring as a result of the repaiRepairr (customers are advised to back up all data prior to the Repair attempt)
